Superposition vs Dover

One gives you a recruiting system to operate. The other operates it for you.

A toolkit and an operator are not the same purchase

  • Another system to learn.
  • A pipeline nobody moves.
  • Sourcing you still do yourself.
  • Scheduling ping-pong.

Dover sells a recruiting stack: an applicant tracking system, sourcing extensions, scheduling, and a marketplace where you can add a recruiting partner. It is built for a team that has someone whose job is hiring, and it makes that person faster.

Superposition assumes nobody on your team has that job. The agent does the search: it learns what you are hiring for, finds people, writes to them, screens the replies, books the interviews and records them. Your ATS keeps being your ATS.

So the question is not which product has more features. It is whether you are buying software for a recruiter you already have, or buying the recruiting itself.

How to choose between them

01

Dover suits a team with a recruiter

If you have someone running hiring full time and they want one system instead of five tabs, a stack built for that job is the right purchase.

02

Superposition suits a team without one

Founders who are hiring between everything else do not need a better pipeline view. They need the outreach written, sent, answered and booked.

03

We do not replace your ATS

Candidates sync into Ashby, Greenhouse or whatever you run, both ways. Your team never learns a second system, and the ATS stays the record.

04

The work continues when you stop watching

The agent reads sources overnight and answers candidates the same day. There is no queue waiting for someone to open a tab.

Questions.
Answered.

No. Superposition syncs candidates and stages with your ATS in both directions. The ATS stays the source of truth and your interviewers never log into anything new.

Then the agent works for them rather than instead of them. Most in-house recruiters use it to cover sourcing and scheduling so their time goes to candidates and hiring managers.

No. Superposition is a flat monthly fee per agent plus a success fee when someone is hired. There is no free ATS to adopt first.

After a short intake conversation the agent starts reading sources the same day, and the first candidates with written reasoning usually arrive within a few days.

Skip the stack.
